Opening the 49th theater season is one of PETA’s biggest hits, the comedy musical Rak of Aegis, which is back for its fifth rerun from June 17 to August 28, at the PETA Theater Center. Rak of Aegis features Aileen, a "promodizer" who dreams of escaping her perpetually flooded town with her family. The play features songs from the band Aegis, such as "Luha," "Halik," and "Basang-Basa sa Ulan." Tickets are priced at P1,800, P1,600, P1,200, and P800.

Celebrate the 2nd International Day of Yoga on June 18, 3 p.m., at the Ayala Triangle Gardens. The program includes a yoga session with Art of Living Foundation, session with Iyengar Yoga Center, Vinyasa Music Night with Urban Ashram Manila, and cultural performances by SIF Foundation. Avida Land is teaming up with Kubular for Art in Space, a two-week exhibit that features the aesthetics of creative interiors. It will be on display from June 16 to 30 at the Avida Showroom in Glorietta 4. The collaboration of these two brands highlights expertly curated, yet highly accessible samples and shows how you can decorate your own living space. The exhibit will also showcase works from Team Manila and Suez & Zapote.

MusicArtes stages its first Broadway rock opera, Godspell, from June 17 to 19 and 24 to 26 at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium in RCBC Plaza, Makati. This new staging will be directed by Dr. Anton Juan and will feature a powerhouse cast, led by Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo. Jef Flores is set to play the role of Jesus, while OJ Mariano is Judas. The show is composed of various musical parables from The Gospel and follows Jesus Christ as he recruits a group of followers and teaches them various lessons through song and dance. Relive the hits of Culture Club featuring Boy George as they visit Manila for a two-night concert on June 17 and 18, 8 p.m., at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Love wine? Experience Napa Valley is happening on Saturday, June 18, 7 p.m. onwards at Grind Bistro, 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City. The 2nd MNL Urban Design Festival kicks off on June 18, 2 p.m., at Escolta. Spend your Saturday walking, talking, dancing, and meeting new people in this historic area. With the theme People Make Cities, the event brings a line-up of the people doing just that through their work and advocacy, spanning from public art to private development and things between. Mark Zero and Sgt Vez will also take over Fred's Revolucion, the Cubao X staple that's now open on the first floor of The Hub. The festival runs through June 25.

To celebrate Pride Month, Ampalaya Monologues will have an LGBTQ+-themed show with the hashtag #LoveWins. Catch it on June 19, 6 p.m. at the O Bar Ortigas. It will feature monologues that will tackle the different issues that the LGBTQ+ community and its allies are facing. The show also aims to raise the different struggles and bitterness that LGBTQ+ individuals experience on their daily life. Expect to see spoken word artists, musicians, and celebrity supporters at the event. Tickets are priced at P300.
