(SPOT.ph) Aside from Tagaytay and Batangas, Laguna is one of those locations that are always top of mind when thinking of impulsive weekend getaways. On a good day, you can go to Nuvali or Enchanted Kingdom in around an hour. Go further and you're already in the foodie hub of San Pablo, the heritage sites in Pila, or the hiker's haven in Calauan. But if you just want a quiet vacation away from the crowd, Laguna also has a number of private villas that you can rent for the whole family or big groups.
