Now on its 16th year, the cult-favorite promo has practically become a not-to-be-missed event for burger fans—so if you’re planning your month, consider this your sign to add it to your calendar with the subject "Top Priority: 50% Off Chili’s Burgers!"

Chili's 16th Annual Burger Day is happening this March 18—a Wednesday right after pay day, making it the perfect hump day treat. This promo lets you have your go-to burger from the Chili's lineup, at half the price.

And just in case you want a side with your burger (to which our answer is: always!), Chili's recently launched the Sauced Fried Mozzarella. These are mozzarella rectangles, deep-fried for a crisp exterior and an ooey-gooey center, then generously coated in a sweet and smoky sauce. It's served with ranch to dip in, like buffalo wings, but for cheese lovers!
