If you cannot stand the unbearable summer heat, Masa Madre Bakehouse has a flaky, butter-loaded coping mechanism in the form of Croissant Sorbetes. It's exactly what it sounds like: a flaky, buttery croissant stuffed with sorbetes in flavors like Cheese, Ube, Mango, and Cookies & Cream.

According to the mechanics, each customer receives a croissant for the first serving, and for the next order, a maximum of three dinner rolls may be claimed. All succeeding sorbetes claims will be served in a cup.
