a mano and Manam Team Up to Put Their Signatures on the Same Plate

(SPOT.ph) For the first time since Manam opened more than a decade ago, the Filipino restaurant is making its first (hopefully, of many more) collaboration with the Italian restaurant a mano. Each has spent years making a name for itself in its respective cuisine, but it's time to see them married together in two new items on the menu, showcasing what each does best.

First up is the Crispy Sisig Pizza (P745), where it's more than just "Manam’s House Crispy Sisig on a pizza." This comes loaded with A MANO’s guanciale strips, Sisig Aglio Sauce, Fior di Latte, Pecorino Romano, pickled onions, and green finger chili, then finished with a mano's chili oil and lemon zest.

For dessert, Manam’s beloved Ube + Sago gets paired with a mano’s Signature Burrata Gelato Soft Serve in the Ube Sago Burrata Soft Serve (P315). You can have it as is, or go all in with a housemade waffle bowl for an extra P50. Honestly, if you’re already this far into the Filipino-Italian collaboration, you might as well get the bowl.

The a mano and Manam collaboration is now available across all a mano branches, only until October 15, 2026; you have more than enough time to catch this Filipino-Italian collaboration. This is available for dine-in transactions only.
