(SPOT.ph) You didn't have to be a certified showbiz sleuth to know that Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co finally tied the knot. The internet collectively channeled its innate Marites, zooming in on every photo and dissecting every last detail. Beyond the 5 Ws, everyone had follow-up questions: What did the couple wear? How many carats was that engagement ring? And where exactly did that "just married" wedding cake come from?
Some of those questions have already been answered. But if you're wondering where the newlyweds celebrated after the civil ceremony, they kept things just as low-key with an intimate reception at Txoko Asador, a Spanish restaurant in Makati City.
Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co's Wedding Reception at Txoko Asador
In an Instagram post by Bea Alonzo Up Close, the reception unfolded at Txoko Asador, where the wedding's understated elegance was mirrored through the styling of H Lopez Events Styling. Think crisp white linens, white floral arrangements, and warm lighting in an intimate setup.
The dinner opened with a spread of charcuterie featuring cold cuts, cheeses, and mango purée, followed by an elevated Pan con Tomate y Jamón topped with tomato foam; a Salmon Pintxo layered with smoked salmon, queso cream, ikura, guindillas, and paprika; a Canelones Txangurro, a crab canneloni with seafood-forward bechamel; plus Tuna Tartare and Patatas Bravas.

There were two kinds of paellas on Bea and Vincent's wedding reception menu. The Setas y Tuétano delivered an umami bomb with mushrooms, grilled bone marrow, and truffle aioli, while Campero kept things more classic with chicken, chorizo, and mushrooms. Rounding out the spread were hefty servings of Secreto Iberico and a Tomahawk steak.
Dessert stayed true to the restaurant's Spanish roots. Guests ended the meal with Quezo, Txoko Asador's take on the Basque cheesecake served with apple compote, and Bombas con Txokolate, a playful pani puri filled with chocolate ganache and almonds.
Txoko Asador is best loved for its traditional and elevated Spanish classics—all of which made an appearance on the newlyweds' menu. So, yes, you can order most of the dishes if you're curious to try them out for yourself!
Txoko Asador is at 102 1229 Esteban, Legazpi Village, Makati City. Open daily, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
