Cubao Expo's Famous Best of Luck Is Opening a Second Branch

(SPOT.ph) Cubao Expo (or Cubao X) becomes a chill pilgrimage site for those seeking a vibe: local brands, vintage racks, photo studios, tattoo shops, cafés, and restaurants. One of the more popular restaurants people always go to is the neon-lit Best of Luck, which was included in our 50 Great Restaurants in 2023. It’s the spot people happily line up for, be it for the Chili Peanut Noodles or that gloriously rich 24-Hour Braised Beef Tendon.

If you've been having a hard time getting a seat—or maybe just want the food but not the crowd—here's some good news: Best of Luck is opening a second branch in Eastwood City.

Best of Luck is setting up shop in Eastwood City, where a bright red board-up with their logo hints at a June 2026 opening—assuming everything goes to plan. The boarded-up space spans two floors, so it’s looking to be a two-story restaurant, similar to their Cubao Expo branch. Should that indeed be the case, there’s a solid chance we’ll get those iconic neon lights glowing upstairs, too.

It is intriguing to say the least, because the soon-to-open Eastwood City outpost is not that far from the original Cubao Expo branch. Both branches are within Quezon City, and not even more than a 30-minute drive apart—with a bit of traffic factored in!

While we don't really see Best of Luck closing its OG branch to make a full transfer to the East, we are crossing our fingers for something exciting in the new location.
