Southies: harlan + holden's Famous Sea Salt Latte is Arriving at Town Soon

(SPOT.ph) If you’re from the South, Rockwell's recent acquisition of Alabang Town Center (or Town) has likely stirred a lot of emotions. There was tension over a possible name change, worry over the relocation of the mall's beloved cats, and concern replacement of "institutions."

But amid the collective pearl-clutching of the titas, one very important, very specific question was also asked: Will there be a harlan + holden coffee? There’s no official line linking the acquisition to the café opening—and not every Rockwell property even has one—but somehow, through a mix of speculation and sheer manifestation (some our own), Town is getting one anyway.

If you’ve passed by Town's Corte de las Palmas last weekend (January 17 or 18), you'd have seen the harlan + holden coffee board-up. It's impossible to ignore the signage—it's huge, loud, and strategically wedged between Kiwami and Italianni’s.

In case you need a refresher, the soon-to-open café is taking over the space previously occupied by South Korean bakery Tous Les Jours. And just like its predecessor, harlan + holden coffee appears to be claiming two levels of the building, judging by where that towering signage is placed.

No sneak peeks yet, but odds are we’re getting the minimalist aesthetic with either high ceilings or a full two-floor setup because, let's be real, they’ll need the space for all the Southies who could only go to the "nearest" branches in Bonifacio Global City and Power Plant Mall, Makati City.

The harlan + holden coffee signage was deliberately vague, offering no clues on the exact month, quarter, or even year of its opening. That said, we reached out for clarity—and according to harlan + holden coffee, the Alabang Town Center branch is currently targeting an April 2026 opening.
