(SPOT.ph) The Chickenjoy world domination isn't slowing down as Jollibee claims USA Today's No. 1 Best Fast Food Fried Chicken title for the third straight year.
The three-peat is a sign of Jollibee's expanding global reach. With around 100 stores in North America and more than 1,800 worldwide, the brand has continued to attract customers well beyond the Filipino community—one bucket of Chickenjoy at a time.
"Receiving this recognition for the third consecutive year is especially meaningful because it reflects the consistency of the quality, taste, and customer experience that we work hard to deliver with every serving of Chickenjoy,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, Jollibee Group Global President and Chief Executive Officer. “It gives us even greater confidence in Jollibee’s ability to deepen customer trust and brand love in more markets, as we continue bringing the products and experiences that have made our brand a source of joy for many families."

The award is part of USA TODAY's 10 Best Readers' Choice Awards, an annual program that celebrates standout restaurants, travel destinations, attractions, and other lifestyle picks. Nominees are first selected by a panel of editors and experts before the shortlist is opened for public voting. The final rankings are then determined by whichever brands earn the most reader votes.
Jollibee edged out mostly U.S.-born fried chicken chains such as Church's Texas Chicken, which landed in second place, followed by Roy Rogers and Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders, while Guatemala's Pollo Campero claimed the fifth spot as the only other non-U.S. brand in the Top 10. The rest of the ranking included Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, Chick-fil-A, PDQ (People Dedicated to Quality), Krispy Krunchy Chicken, and Raising Cane's.
