See How Krispy Kreme's Original Glazed Doughnuts Are Made Through This Factory Tour

Krispy Kreme Philippines has just the recipe: a cup of curiosity, a spoonful of hands-on learning, a dash of delicious discovery, and a generous serving of sweet treats. That's exactly what you'll get when you sign up for the Original Doughnut Factory Tour, an interactive experience that takes you behind the scenes to see how the brand's iconic Original Glazed doughnuts come to life.

For just P399, you'll get a front-row seat to the doughnut-making process and even decorate your own dessert. The Doughnut Tour Bundle includes a Create Your Own (CYO) Doughnut Kit with three Original Glazed doughnuts, icing, and sprinkles, plus a 16-ounce lemonade, a paper hat, use of an apron during the tour, and a Certificate of Completion.

Joining the tour is easy. Individual participants simply need to fill out Krispy Kreme's online registration form, where you’ll provide the names and ages of all participants, the accompanying adult's details, contact information, and your preferred Doughnut Factory location. The only ones within Metro Manila are at The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, and Blue Ridge, Quezon City. The other participating branches are Sto. Tomas in Batangas, Baguio Cyberzone in Baguio, Ecoland in Davao, Limketkai in Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, and Naga.

Take note that every participant—including both adults and children—is required to purchase the P399 Doughnut Tour Bundle. Children must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the tour.

Registration forms are consolidated every Wednesday, after which participants will receive a confirmation email with their assigned tour schedule. If a scheduled tour cannot proceed, Krispy Kreme will notify affected participants directly.

For larger groups, bookings may be arranged through the store manager or Krispy Kreme's Community Relations representative. Making reservations at least one week in advance is recommended, with the final headcount submitted no later than three days before the scheduled tour.

Guests may use their reserved tables for up to two hours per tour session, including ingress and egress, to ensure smooth operations and accommodate other customers. Table assignments will be based on the confirmed group size.

If you're planning to capture and share your experience, here's one more thing to keep in mind: any content featuring Krispy Kreme's logos, product images, or other brand assets must first be reviewed and approved by the Krispy Kreme team before being posted on social media, published, or distributed.
