(SPOT.ph) Food collabs are everywhere, but mentioning two cult-favorite brands in one team-up is sure to cause a frenzy. Some examples of those well-loved brands? Rebel Bakehouse, a bakehouse and coffee shop known for its flaky pastries and cups of joe; and Carmen’s Best, the ice cream brand known for their pints of ice-cold happiness—and just in case you've missed it in your grocery runs, they have 100/10 bottled milks too. Now, the two are tag-teaming for not one, not two, but four desserts that will make you question and redefine the definition of what true happiness looks (and tastes) like.

The collaboration includes four new items on the menu, all combining baked treats by Rebel Bakehouse and Carmen's Best's soft serve. For the kwasong fans, there's the Croissant Soft Serve (P250), which is basically soft serve served in a cone made with Rebel Bakehouse's Honey Butter croissant. If you want something a nostalgic but elevated take, there's the Ice Cream Sandwich (P250), which has Rebel Bakeshop's Mini Butter Croissant and scoops of Carmen's Best Everyone Loves Vanilla sandwiched in between.

There's the Cookie A La Mode (P260): a thick chocolate chip-studded cookie from Rebel Bakehouse that's topped with Carmen's Best's Honeybutter Milk Soft Serve and sprinkled with chocolate drops. And then there's the last treat, the Affogato (P200): a classic coffee-ice cream, hot-and-cold dessert made with Carmen's Best's Everyone Loves Vanilla, poured with a pulled espresso shot from Rebel Bakehouse.

But before you sprint off for a sugar-caffeine high, do take note that this Rebel Bakehouse x Carmen’s Best collab plays hard to get. The Croissant Soft Serve and Cookie A La Mode are both available at Carmen's Best Power Plant Mall, Rebel Glorietta, and Rebel Podium; the Affogato is available at Rebel Glorietta; and the Ice Cream Sandwich is available at Carmen's Best Power Plant Mall. If you’re determined to catch all four like a Pokémon trainer or Thanos, you’ll need to hit at least two malls—and if our calculations are correct, it would be best to prioritize Glorietta and Power Plant.
