Limited Time Only: Get the Perfect Pairing of Sizzling Steak and San Miguel Premium
Because you can't go wrong with great beer + great beef.
Published on Sep 3, 2026
(SPOT.ph) There are about as many ways to enjoy a beer as there are reasons to treat oneself to steak; the next logical step is to have the two together, and in as many forms as humanly possible. The team behind San Miguel Premium Beers know this as well as anyone—run, don't walk, because this collaboration with San Juan hit Seventeen Steakhouse only lasts until Halloween night, October 31.
Here's what you can get while the collab is ongoing.
San Miguel Premium Beers are on the Seventeen Steakhouse menu, and in the beef
If you haven't been to Seventeen yet, you're missing out. They've got steakhouse classics up to your neck, paired with incredible service and, for now, the premium beer lineup from San Miguel. You won't miss your go-to bougie beer, whether it's the San Miguel Super Dry, San Miguel Premium All-Malt, San Miguel Cerveza Negra, or San Miguel Cerveza Blanca. (Count us in for both Cervezas, BTW!)
And we definitely need to put emphasis on the word 'paired.' While these beverages could certainly go with anything, some flavor duos are just meant to be. Take the restaurant's Smashed Potato dish for example: golden marbled potatoes smashed and fried until crispy, served with a house-made garlic aioli—best enjoyed with San Miguel Cerveza Blanca.
The Roasted Bone Marrow is finished with garlic confit, gremolata, orange zest, and smoked Maldon salt; have it with a San Miguel Cerveza Negra. The dark lager's notes of caramel, coffee, and chocolate stand up to the marrow's richness while complementing the hints of smoke, and making that citrus element seem all the brighter.
The Vongole, or linguine tossed with fresh clams, cherry tomatoes, Calabrian chili, white wine, garlic, and parsley in extra virgin olive oil, is best served alongside San Miguel Premium All-Malt. You'll get the full ocean-fresh salty-sweetness of the clams this way.
And, of course, you can't leave without trying the USDA Dry Aged Porterhouse, a 30-day dry-aged Australian Wagyu porterhouse with an array of sauces on the side plus Aged Steak Rice. It's a mean cut of marbled beef, which can only be propped up by the reliable San Miguel Super Dry—it cuts the fat and richness without sacrificing an ounce of the steak experience.

Still not convinced? The Beer-Braised Beef Short Ribs with Risotto Milanese will fix that. These fall-off-the-bone short ribs get slow-braised in San Miguel Cerveza Negra, served over a creamy Risotto Milanese with onions pickled in San Miguel Super Dry.
It's not quite Oktoberfest—that's its own event elsewhere, so watch this space—but it's undoubtedly a great way to greet the -ber months.
This collab menu is now available at Seventeen Steakhouse, 2F Ferrari Velocita Motors Showroom, Connecticut Greenhills, San Juan City.
