Good News: Poblacion’s Scratch Smash Burgers Are Heading to BGC

(SPOT.ph) There's a reason this is big news for us—as it should be for everyone else with a penchant for good burgers. Scratch, whose Smash Burger placed second on our Top 10 Cheeseburger list, is finally branching out from its spot in Poblacion.

Scratch teased every fan who has been to their Poblacion spot with a teaser (Instagram Reel to be specific) that they're finally branching out in Bonifacio Global City. The short and sweet caption reads like a PSA, and a manifestation-come-true: "You asked. We're answering. No more guessing. BGC. Soon."

Where exactly in BGC is Scratch setting up shop? We got in touch with Scratch, and they've given us the timelines. Yes, surprise, there's more than one; and the BGC branch is the first one that will open at Four/NEO KMC along 4th Avenue in Taguig City. As for the when? The soft opening starts on February 9—which means you, BGC worker or resident—have a proper smash burger to look forward to on a Monday.

As for Scratch’s third branch, it’s headed Northeast—specifically GF, One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1, Quezon City. The target opening is March, which is just a few weeks away if everything goes according to plan. Until then, Eastwood folks (and those nearby) craving a proper smash burger will have to go all the way to Poblacion or wait until the Taguig branch.
