Entrance Is Free at This 3-Day Matcha Festival With 60+ Merchants

(SPOT.ph) If you love matcha—and spending weekends hopping from one matcha bar to the next—then matcha festivals are basically the solution to the logistical nightmare of chasing every new and trendy matcha drink across the city. Everything's conveniently in one place, and there's no need to spend on gas that could have been spent on upgrading your drink to sub-oat.

Metro Manila has already seen a bunch of these matcha festivals over the past few weekends, but apparently, the green-tinted, micro-foam wave is far from over. Souk is hosting a Matcha Fest in Makati City from March 13 to 15.

Souk is holding a Matcha Festival at Glorietta Activity Center from March 13 to 15, Friday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It's a generous 12-hour window to get your matcha drink, but it's still best to arrive early because popular brands and their crowd-favorite drinks tend to sell out fast. The good news: the festival runs for three days, and the entrance is free. If you somehow missed the drink you wanted to try, you can just go back for a second attempt.
