(SPOT.ph) People might best associate omakase with sushi, but there too is a sub-category of omakase spots that specifically focused on yakitori. By no means are these your average grilled skewers of course, but ones done with the precision and care, using premium-quality poultry, meat, and veg. Of those places is Osaka’s Ikoka, and they’re making their way closer to this part of the world as the the Vikings Group is opening an Ikoka outpost in BGC.
