No Catch: You Can Get 45% Off Movie Tickets at Robinsons Cinemas Until September

(SPOT.ph) Cinema has had a really good run lately, with blockbusters like The Devil Wears Prada 2 and indie films like Obsession giving people more reasons to head back to theaters. So it feels only fitting that another promo is coming our way: Robinsons Movieworld is bringing back its 45% discount on movie tickets for the next three months.

Eleven participating branches, including Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, will offer the discount to walk-ins for regular screenings from June 26 to September 25, 2026. Movie tickets range from P330 to P450 depending on the branch, so you can expect to just pay around P180 to P250 per ticket with the discount.

Take note that the promo only applies to tickets purchased at the counter for regular screenings. It doesn’t cover online bookings, advance purchases, or special/VIP screenings—and it can’t be combined with other discounts as well. That said, senior citizens and persons with disabilities will get the higher discount by law, which means 45% is applied instead of the usual 20% they’re entitled to.

As with previous Robinsons Movieworld discount promos, it's best to check the mechanics at your chosen branch before heading out.

The timing is pretty good if you have been meaning to watch more movies on the big screen instead of waiting for them to show up on streaming.

Robinsons Movieworld said moviegoers can look forward to a wide range of titles, including DC space adventure Supergirl, animated comedy Minions and Monsters, Disney’s live-action adventure Moana, Christopher Nolan’s mythological epic The Odyssey, Marvel superhero sequel Spider-Man: Brand New Day, supernatural horror film Insidious: Out of the Further, animated adventure Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie, survival-horror reboot Resident Evil, and fantasy sequel Practical Magic 2.

Of course, these titles are just some of the films expected during the promo period. The same discount will still apply to other movies at participating branches until September 25, so there should be enough time to plan more than one trip to the cinema.
