(SPOT.ph) The ultimate film-theater crossover is arriving in 2026, as Ang Babae sa Septic Tank returns for its fourth installment—this time, making the jump to the stage.

After two blockbuster films and one hit series, the franchise starring the one and only Eugene Domingo is finally leaping from screen to stage with its live theatrical installment, in 2026, courtesy of The Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA).

Here's everything we know so far about the PETA's upcoming show: Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4
Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4 brings its chaotic, sharp-witted commentary to the stage, premiering on June 19, 2026, and will run for roughly two months until August 16 at the PETA Theater Center.
After conquering (and poking fun at) the big screen and streaming platforms, the crowd-favorite satire series now jumps into an entirely new medium. Led by no other than Eugene Domingo (because who else, right?), the franchise turns its gaze toward the Philippine theater scene, pulling back the curtain to reveal the ego, ambition, absurdity, and beautiful mess that drive the industry today.

Officially called Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4: Oh Sh*t! It’s Live Sa Cheter! was written by Chris Martinez and will be directed by Maribel Legarda. According to PETA, this installment is "set to become as iconic as its predecessors, only bigger, bolder, and even more meta."
Its synopsis reads, "PETA unveils its newest satire, a theatrical adaptation of Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank, as a chaotic, hilarious meta-comedy about ego, art, and the messy reality of making Philippine theater today. From macro to micro, from venue problems to ticket prices, from what the subject matter is to what’s on Broadway, from what we love to what we hate about theater, from the past, present, and future of our beloved art."
So, if you've ever wondered what really goes on behind the curtain of your favorite theater shows and production houses, then this is the show to watch (and laugh out loud at). Just make sure to take everything with a grain of salt; it is satire after all.

How to get tickets to Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4:
Tickets to Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4 will go on sale in the first quarter of 2026.
Metrobank credit cardholders will have first access to tickets during a special presale. But if you don't have a Metrobank credit card, you'll be next in line if you sign up for the ticket waitlist from now until December 7.
