Heads Up, Commuters: PITX Launches Direct Bus Route to Antipolo
No more multiple transfers from the south to the east.

(SPOT.ph) Getting from the south to the east of Metro Manila is no joke: it can involve an MRT ride here, a bus there, and maybe even a UV Express. These parts don’t usually connect in a straight line—but now they do. The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) has launched a new route connecting Parañaque to Antipolo—with 32 stops along the way.
Starting June 16, buses traveling from PITX to Antipolo and vice versa will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Just look for Baclaran Metrolink’s bright orange buses at Gate 9, Bay 9 inside PITX. You can’t miss it.
Regular fares start at P15 and go up to P92 for the full route to Robinsons Antipolo, with discounted rates available for students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).

The route spans 32 stops, covering Pasay, Taguig, Makati, Pasig, and Rizal, making it one of
the longest city routes from PITX. Some key locations include NAIA Terminal 3, Market! Market!, Arcovia, and SM East. It’s definitely a welcome option for
commuters traveling across the metro who are used to making two, three, or even
four transfers just to get from east to south (or the other way around).
That said, the first day will be a
bit of a trial run. The Baclaran Metrolink said the first and last trip schedules might
be adjusted depending on how things proceed during the initial rollout. So if you're
catching the earliest or latest ride, it’s a good idea to stay updated.
To make that easier, the operator
set up Facebook Messenger group chats where they’ll post live updates
about the buses. You can join using these links:
