(SPOT.ph) Stepping inside Common Room is a treat in itself. Every nook and cranny of the local craft store is brimming with beautiful creations from fellow makers and crafters, with more tools and supplies to help you make your own. For one weekend this month, though—at their equally beautiful branch in The Atrium in Makati—your visit will be even more special, because you can browse pre-loved gems and treasured finds at affordable prices.

Here, you won't just buy, but also help reduce waste and give still-good supplies and tools a new home. Here's everything you need to know about Common Room's Recover + Reclaim Market.

For the uninitiated, Common Room's Re-Store: Recover + Reclaim Market is a secondhand market where select makers put up shop to sell some items from their inventory, past hobbies, and extra stash they want to let go of. It's also the perfect opportunity for them to declutter without throwing anything away; rather, to give their old yet still useful materials a new home (this is where you come in) before making room for future supplies.

It's a two-day affair, with a different set of merchants per day, so it's really a must to drop by on both days and make the best of the free entrance. The Re-Store: Recover + Reclaim Market will be happening on September 26 and 27 at the Mess Studio in The Atrium of Makati. It's open to everyone.

If you're wondering what you can find inside The Mess Studio on both days, there are pre-loved craft tools, supplies, art materials, books and paper goods, and more things from old hobbies and projects. You can also check out bags, accessories, and abubots, as well as clothes and gently used finds.

However, if you've got your own supplies that you want to donate, there's a dedicated space where you can drop off and share your supplies for fellow crafters. You can give away stationery, paper goods, and other print materials, even fabric scraps and other tools. Got something you want to repair? There's a mending area filled with basic tools and supplies for small fixes ready for you to make full use of.

Common Room's Re-Store: Recover + Reclaim Market is happening on September 26 and 27, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Mess Studio, on the ground floor of The Atrium of Makati, Makati Avenue, Urdaneta Village, Makati. Entrance is free.
