Your Chuck Taylors will have to scooch back for a while in your sneaker rotation because it looks like the Converse RST Ballet is poised to be your next new everyday pair.

We all know that the Converse Run Star Trainer has this retro, streetcore vibe. It has this distinct traction rubber outsole that provides grip, with its signature Star Chevron, All Star, and Converse logos all in the canvas. It's one of Converse's many, many versatile silhouettes, with the thicker sole being a favorite among concert goers and streetwear-style enthusiasts.

In Run Star Trainer Ballet Flat's case, the durable canvas upper has a wide opening that of a ballet flat, with a single, stretchy elastic band over it. In true ballet flats fashion, there's no tying up laces—just slipping in (and out). The upper has suede overlays like the Run Star Trainers, as well as the three-layered memory foam sockliner for a comfortable and cushioned ride.

There's the signature Star Chevron and Converse logo on the side. And, of course, the rubber outsole that stands out from the rest of the canvas. It still has that streetcore, sporty design, but now mixed with sophistication and daintiness that a ballet flat exudes.
