(SPOT.ph) When the Kodak Charmera was announced last year, everyone and their mothers had to have one. Totally valid. There's just so much to love about it: the retro look for the nostalgia, the keychain feature to ride the anik-anik trend (and that it can be brought anywhere), and the fact that it's not just cute, it can actually take photos and videos. What more can you ask for? New designs? New filters? Good news: You'll get it soon. There's an all-new lineup of this viral charm camera: the Kodak Charmera Millennium Edition, and it's straight out of Y2K Pinterest boards.

There's a new Kodak Charmera series.
The first charm camera was inspired by Kodak's beloved disposable camera, the Kodak Fling, which was released in 1987. The Kodak Charmera retained the vibe and look, albeit made smaller in build. For this new series, the charm camera scooches a few years later, in the 2000s era. Think chrome finishes, vibrant colors, and a retro-futuristic aesthetic that inspires even today's fashion and style.
According to distributor Henry's Cameras PH's post, the Kodak Charmera Millennium Edition has the same specifications. It's still the tiny camera charm that supports both photo and video recording with retro filters and frames. It is still attached to a keyring that allows you to hang it wherever.
What's new isn't just the look and overall vibe, but there also new filters to choose from. That said, you will have more unique looks to capture the moment. In the same post, we spotted at least five cool colorways: one has this eye-catching chrome green hue (reminiscent of a fresh green grape), while another has this metallic, liquid metal pink shade. It's pretty and cool at the same time. The best of both worlds.
It has the same blind box treatment as the first release and is priced at P2,450 for a single box, at least from Henry's Cameras. You can also check out Kodak's offerings at their authorized dealers and stores in the Philippines.
