This Monchhichi Hippers Will "Hang" Out With You Everywhere

(SPOT.ph) First, the Sonny Angels. Next came the Smiskis. There's also Mofusand joining the fun. Another fave mini-figure is dropping a Hippers—a.k.a figurines with adhesive strips you can attach to literally everywhere—version for you to put on your phone case and more. If you've been an avid fan of all things Monchhichi, good news: They're launching collectible hippers in the Philippines soon.

There are seven Monchhichi designs in the lineup: six regular ones and one secret. There's a boy Monchhichi; a girl Monchhichi; two Chimutans (which are Monchhichi with cute long bunny ears) in pink and yellow; the cutest boy and girl Bebichhichi, a.k.a. the baby version of the Monchhichi characters; and a Monchhichi with beige fur. This series is a blind box, so yes, you won't know what you're going to get until you open them.

As all hipper versions do, these Monchhichis will have adhesive strips on their bellies so you can stick them to your phones, frames, calendars, and literally everywhere else you can think of. You can restore the adhesive by gently moistening the sticker with water.

For those not familiar with Monchhichi, it's this line of cute Japanese stuffed monkey dolls. They're clad in soft fur, also usually seen sucking their thumb or a pacifier. First released in 1974 by Sekiguchi, Monchhichi is celebrating 50 years of cuteness and is said to be a symbol of respect and friendship, and has become a global cultural icon. If you love showing off yours anywhere, their hippers version is the cutest way to do so.

There's no exact date and price yet for the series, just a vague "coming soon" from Dreams Philippines' Facebook post, but rest assured that we're keeping an eye out for you.
