While digital calendars help to organize the day and the year to come, flipping through pages and jotting down events on a notebook has its own charm—and it can help you better remember your plans! Planners from Japanese lifestyle brand Muji have become a favorite amongst stationery lovers and organized folks, and their 2026 planners and calendars are finally here. We break down the materials and spreads in every planner and calendar so you can select the one that best fits your needs and lifestyle.

Muji's planners, regardless of spread or format, all start on Monday. Each planner has 2026 debossed or printed on the front, justified to the right, to indicate the year. Most of the planners are available in two sizes, with some being sold in four sizes. We listed availibility and have a size comparison for each type, so you have a reference!

Some planners have weekly spreads where each day has its own space, while others only have the month as a grid and the rest of the sheets are free pages for notes. While most of the planners only focus on the upcoming year, a few planners also have a three-year page for more long-term plans.

The Vinyl Cover Planner comes in three colors: White Grey, Dark Grey, and Red. The White Grey and Dark Grey versions come in A6, B6, A5, B5, while the Red only comes in the B6 an A5 sizes. In case you're confused about sizing, the the A6 is the smallest, followed by the larger B6, then the standard A5, and the biggest B5. The A6 is P345, the B6 is P395, the A5 is P525, and the B5 is P545.

Muji's Monthly/Weekly format starts the weeks on Mondays and begins in December 2025. The two-page spread has the week arranged in a horizontal fashion on the left, and free grid space on the right. Each month of has a one-month spread, free grid pages at the back for notes, and a bookmark string. For loose papers, receipts, and folded-up documents, you can tuck into the plastic flap at the front and back ends of the planner.

For those who like seeing their day by the hour, Muji's vertical planner is the ideal companion. Available in Black and White, the planner comes in only two sizes: B6 priced at P395 and the larger A5 priced at P525.

The Monthly/Weekly Vertical format starts the weeks on Mondays and begins in December 2025 as well. The planner features two double-page spreads: one for the month and one for the week with a timeline and free space. Instead of the usual up-to-down format, the days are laid down from left to right. Like its horizontal counterpart, the vertical planner also has a bookmark string and a plastic flap for loose papers.

If you prefer your planners to have a more natural, rustic feel, the Monthly Planner in Beige Grey is the way to go. Reminiscent of Muji's classic notebook design with the kraft cover and the colored binding, the Beige Grey planner feels like a much thicker Muji notebook. The planner comes in four different sizes: the smallest A6 at P195, the B6 at P225, the A5 at P245, and the largest B5 at P295.

This 40-sheet, 80-page planner starts on Monday and has a three-year calendar, a year plan, a double-page monthly spread, and free-ruled horizontal pages. It starts at December 2025 for those who buy their planners in advance. This planner has thread binding and plastic cover for your loose papers, but is notably missing a thread bookmark. That's just an excuse to get a nice one!

For something even more pared down yet still functional, the Monthly/Weekly Planner is ideal. Lightweight without scrimping on that precious weekly-spread real estate, this planner borrows Muji's classic notebook construction plus aesthetic and is perfect for those who prioritize the absolute essentials.The planner comes in two sizes: B6 at P325 and A5 at P345. The biggest difference with the previous planner is the spread—that one was monthly, this one has a weekly spread.

Like the other monthly/weekly planners, this one also starts on a Monday and features a two-page weekly spread on the left and grid page on the right. The planner has 88 sheets (or 176 pages) with a three-year calendar, a year plan, and a double-page monthly spread. Unlike its aforementioned monthly sibling, this planner does not have a plastic sleeve. No string bookmark either, so a bookmark and tabs may be useful.

We totally get you if you're tired of the basic paperback or hardbound covers. For something unexpected and different, Muji has a suede planner waiting to be filled up with next year's plans and adventures. The planner has 120 sheets, so that's 240 pages in total which includes a three-year calendar. The Faux Suede cover is available in only two sizes: the smaller B6 at P925, and the bigger A5 at P995.

Like the vinyl planner, the suede edition also has a Monthly/Weekly format with a two-page spread that has the week laid out from top-to-bottom on the left, and free grid space on the right. As always, the planner starts the week on Monday, has space for December 2025 before kicking off 2026, has a monthly spread, free grid pages at the back, and a bookmark string.

No plastic cover flap for loose receipts and paper though, so you'll have to get creative with storing those.

Some have come to learn the type of spread they prefer over years of experimenting with different planners, but if you're the type who likes the option to see the monthly, daily, and vertical monthly plans at a glance, then you have to check out the View-At-Once Planner. It's available in White and Black and comes in just two sizes: the smaller B6 at P595 and the bigger A5 at P645.

Fold-out pages mark the start of each month, opening into monthly and dot grid memo pages, so you can check up to four pages at a time. The space allotted for each day is also bigger (with four days included in a two-page spread), so there's plenty of space for plans and event doodles.

At 140 sheets and 280 pages in total—112 sheets (224 pages) 28 folded pages (56 pages)—this is the thickest and heaviest planner in Muji's 2026 lineup. Admittedly, it's not for those who pack light or carry a small bag, but it's definitely a contender for those who need to jot down notes often, have to see the year ahead in different formats, and are eager to use the extra real estate for journaling. There are also compartments on the front and back plastic flap to house all those stickers, receipts, and more.

The Monthly Planner in White Grey is minimalism incarnate. The scheduled notebook has a two-page spread for one month starting on Monday, and a free grid page for notes. It's available in four sizes: the A6 at P295, the B6 at P325, A5 at P345, and the B5 at P495. With 40 pages, the planner also comes with a bookmark string and plastic cover.

Not too fond of the classic planner layouts and sizes? Check out the Half Size Planner, the only notebook in the Muji lineup that sits horizontally. This planner is available in White Grey and Dark Grey but comes in only one size: B5 at P395.

Don't let the size of this 80-page planner fool you. The planner starts on Monday and includes December 2025 and has monthly and weekly spreads. It features a two-page monthly spread that has the days spread out vertically, going from left to right, and free grid pages for ample writing space. It also has a plastic cover so you can slip in loose sheets at the front and the back. However, there's no built-in bookmark.

Whether you think planners are too bulky or you need to reference dates on the fly, Muji's desk calendars have your back. There are six calendars in the collection, coming in different sizes, formats, and orientations.

The small Bagasse Desk Calendar (P195) is square in shape and is about as tall as a pen holder. For quick notes and stickrs, its bigger sibling, the medium Bagasse Desk Calendar (P245) in the medium size is a horizontal desk calendar with the same height, but a bit more space extending to the sides.

It might look like it's giving just the bare minimum, but sometimes that's all you need from a trusty and reliable desk calendar. The Mini Desk Calendar priced at P145 available in Black and White shows the date and day on small squar sheets of paper and is even smaller than a pen holder—perfect if your desk is low on space or for small shelves.

For those with notes and the need to jot things down, the Weekly Calendar is the best fit. It comes in a Vertical and Horizontal (both P295 each) format so you can choose the one that best fits your style, preferences, and desk space.

Wall calendars often fly over people's heads until the dates and days are needed when sorting out meetings, errands, and schedules. Muji has five for this year, coming in different sizes and formats to suit different needs.

Muji's standard Wall Calendar comes in A2 and A3 sizes. The smaller A3 version (P395) hangs horizontally and shows the dates and days of the month in a grid. It's pretty straightforward compared to its bigger sibling, the A2 (P625), which hangs vertically in comparison and the previous and next month's dates and days in a smaller font on the upper right hand corner. The first is ideal for quick-referencing the month's schedule, while the latter is better-suited to those whose plans spill into other months.

The Family Wall Calendar priced at P395 utilizes a more unique format that allows several people to use it. Available only in the A3 size, the month's days are spread from top to bottom on the far left, with space on the right for notes or reservations. The top-most portion has spaces for names, with the succeeding fields below the said name containing space for notes and schedules. This is perfect for households with multiple people so everyone knows where people are, and is a good way to let other know of your plans or reserve certain dates.

Both the current month's and the next month's mini calendars are printed on the upper right hand corner to help those using it better see the days in their head.

The Bagasse Wall Calendar in the large size is quite possibly the simplest calendar you will meet. With the dates, days, and the month included, the P295 calendar gets the job done without the extra frills.

Last, but not the least, the thick but compact Tear-Off Calendar (P495) has you living out the year, day by day. As the name suggests, each date of the year printed out on one sheet of paper, and you have to tear it off to reveal the next day. The small number on the upper left corner indicates the month, the big number in the middle tells you the date, and the subscript in all-caps informs you of the day of the week. The month and year are also printed on the bottom left corner, while the lower right corner has the phase of the moon for that day.

The Tear-Off Calendar can be hung on a wall or corkboard, but it can also stand upright and be used on a desk.

The planners and calendars are now available to shop in Muji branches nationwide, or online via the official Muji Philippines website. Most branches are equipped with most of the calendars and planners, but some may not have planners in certain sizes. Here's a list of Muji branches:
