Whether it's for your trentahin or kwarentahin self or a gift to your same-age friends who feel the same growing pains (both literally and figuratively), The Backache Collection is the perfect gift. There are a total of four items in the lineup, two items each for both the trentahin and kwarentahin.

There are two totes, one in blue for those around their 30s and one in pink for those around their 40s. It's a no-frills and sturdy tote bag that will carry all your baggage (not so sure about the emotional ones, though)—your ointments, inhalers, and pain relief patches, and even the extra reusable bag that you never use but still always bring... the works. The design is embroidered, which adds a bit of a premium, high-quality feel and look. The straps are also colored.

There's also a not-so journal called the Diary ng Trentahin: Memoirs of a Tita (365 Days of Hanash), which is this yearless, one-page-a-day journal that won't pressure you at all (because yes, we get that from our nosy relatives already, and, most importantly, because "masakit na nga likod mo, pipilitin pa ba kitang magpaganda ng journal?!")
