Vans already has a range of Mary Jane silhouettes, one of which is the Vans Mary Jane Creeper. In classic Vans fashion, it was first dropped in black with silver hardware. It already sits perfectly in the middle of dainty and edgy, but you can soften the edges up even more with this new, pure colorway, which is now available at select Vans branches.
Think of the Mary Jane Creeper pairs as the soft girl going through a rebellious streak, which is also a nod to the '90s grunge era. The silhouette is both timeless and retro, with a thick, textured creeper-inspired sidewall that adds bite. The highlight are the adjustable buckle closures with double row eyelets, for that touch of silver.
This new white hue may appear cutesy, but it carries a level of snark. It also has the Vans rubber waffle outsole for some added contrast in texture.
