ICYDK: There's a Trentahin Party That'll Have You 'Home By 12mn' in Poblacion

{SPOT.ph) Remember when a night out with friends started at 10 p.m.? For those of us who are almost—or already—in our 30s, those days are, unfortunately, behind us. Not only is there a good chance that you’ll have to be up early the next day, but nagging aches and pains mean you can’t really be dancing ‘til the sun rises. But if you refuse to believe your party days are over, The Fun Roof Poblacion’s Home By 12 MN party is here to meet you halfway. And honestly? The name alone has us sold.

Here's what you need to know.

If you’ve left your carefree twenties behind but still know how to party hard, you’re not alone. Home by 12MN is quickly becoming a haven for the thirty-somethings, growing its crowd from 707 guests to over 950 in just one month. It turns out, there are a lot of us who want to go out to sing, dance, and rave our hearts out—while still getting a full eight hours of sleep, of course.

No need to drink coffee with dinner to make it. As the name suggests, this party is set to start and end earlier than most. Things pick up bright and early at 6 p.m. for a solid six-hour run 'til midnight. The night builds through a soundtrack curated specifically for our generation: throwback pop hits, early EDM rave anthems, and an open-mic karaoke setup for when you’ve consumed enough liquid courage to brave the spotlight.

Since August marks the start of Buwan ng Wika, this upcoming Home by 12MN is shining the spotlight on OPM. Go back to simpler times as you sing along to the legendary local tracks from our CD collection, from Parokya ni Edgar and Kamikazee to Eraserheads.

The best part? If you miss this one, just pencil in next month’s party. According to The Fun Roof, Home by 12MN is happening every first Saturday of the month.

Pack your Katinkos, round up your fellow trentahins, and make your way to The Fun Roof on August 1. Doors open at 6 p.m., giving you plenty of time to drink, sing, and dance to OPM hits, and get all your partying out of your system well before bedtime.

Entry fee for Home by 12MN is P350, which comes with one free drink. Millennials coming with their full crew can also reserve tables, although you’ll have to be quick as they are selling out fast.
