FYI: You Can Now Score 50% Off Krispy Kreme Doughnuts at Closing Time

(SPOT.ph) Who says good things don’t come to those who wait? We’ve been conditioned for decades to time our bakery runs for the final operating hours, when the day’s leftovers come at a discounted price. Now, we can put that expertise to work at Krispy Kreme.

If you happen to walk into a Krispy Kreme shop during the final 20 minutes before closing, you’re in for a seriously sweet deal: 50% off doughnuts. Consider it your reward for being patient.

If you’re craving something sweet toward the end of the day and you’re an OG® Card member, you can drop by select Krispy Kreme stores to enjoy 50% off doughnuts (exclusively!) during the last 20 minutes before closing.

But before you make a dash for that last-minute doughnut run, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, the deal comes with a required purchase of at least three doughnuts and a maximum of one dozen per transaction. These doughnuts are sold pre-assorted and pre-boxed, so expect a ready-made mix of Krispy Kreme’s pillowy doughnuts. 

Second, you’ll also need your OG Card to enjoy the deal. Both the physical card and the virtual version on the OG Card App are accepted, but make sure your membership is still valid at the time of purchase. Take note that there's a limit of one OG Card per person per transaction, and that this can’t be combined with other promos or OG Card perks.

This Krispy Kreme offer is available for takeout purchases only and is served on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last, at select Krispy Kreme stores. So, while the deal technically starts 20 minutes before closing, it’s best to arrive a little early to secure the goods.
