(SPOT.ph) SM Mall of Asia isn’t short on food options, but to have late breakfast, early lunch, or just an excuse to sip a midday cocktail in one place? Brunch Bureau is your place to be.

The café has just opened its latest—and biggest—branch on the second level of S Maison, serving its signature sweet-meets-savory plates with the same laid-back energy in Pasay. It might not seem like it at first glance, but this branch stretches deep into the mall’s interior, revealing more seating as you walk in, making it the most spacious yet.

If its branches in Legazpi Village, Makati and Molito, Alabang are a bit out of your way, this new outpost is the perfect middle ground. Why don't we take a look inside?

Brunch Bureau’s newest branch in Pasay

At S Maison, Brunch Bureau sits between Bijin Nabe and The Loop by Power Mac, so it's pretty hard to miss. The design carries over the brand's warm, modern vibe: pastel colors, wood tones, and

This branch is the biggest yet, with cozy nooks, amphitheater-style seating with mini tables, and a function room that can fit up to 50 people. It's located at the very back of the cafe, so it has enough privacy for meetings, parties, or just letting your group get a little loud without bothering the rest of the crowd.

The S Maison branch has the kind of space that feels stylish enough to make you excited to go out, but casual enough that you can linger without feeling rushed. This balance makes it a convenient choice for a productive day out or a lazy afternoon catch-up with friends until the mall's closing time.

Bonus for students and workers: the amphitheater-style seating comes with plenty of sockets.

Come weekends, the energy shifts up a notch. Fridays and Saturdays feature a DJ Brunch Session from 2 p.m. If you’re competitive, watch out for Trivia Nights in collaboration with Trivia Down Tuesdays on Brunch Bureau’s socials!

What’s on the Brunch Bureau menu?

Breakfast food is fair game all day at Brunch Bureau. Craving something sweet, savory, or everything in between? There's a meal for you.

The S Maison menu sticks to the hits: You’ll spot the usual crowd favorites—Classic Trio (P490), and Loco Moco (P540)—alongside the “Filipino Paboritos” like Corned Beef Brisket Sinigang (P590/P1,150), Crispy Pork Sisig (P490/P960), Golden Squash Kare-Kare (P720/P1,400), and Beef Tapa Bowl (P590/P1,350).

Breakfast may be its specialty, but skipping the best-selling Korean Chicken Chop (P420) would be a rookie move. It’s sweet, salty, and ridiculously filling; it even got a cheesy upgrade in SPOT.ph x Esquire’s Secret Menu last March. Other favorites worth ordering are the Classic Trio (P490), a generous serving of beef tapa, pork tocino, and chorizo with pico de gallo; the Loco Moco (P450), a Hawaiian-style comfort plate of beef patty on garlic rice with gravy and egg; and the Manila Carbonara (P445), a Filipino spin with linguine, sausage, and a poached egg. You can wash it all down with coffee or cocktails—your call.

On the drinks side, there’s specialty coffee by Australia’s Seven Seeds, as well as premium matcha, blended teas, and the all-out Endless Mimosa (P899) in flavors like lychee, strawberry, peach, and the classic orange. If you're up for something unique, the Strawberry Espresso Tonic (P230) is worth trying since it offers a refreshing twist on your usual caffeine fix.

What makes S Maison branch different? The menu here offers sharing plates and big platters that are perfect for passing around, especially now that Brunch Bureau has the space to match. Weekdays bring in a steady flow of workers, students, and mall regulars; weekends see more families taking over tables. Still, it's Brunch Bureau at its core: reimagined comfort food with a Filipino flair.

Brunch Bureau is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Level 2, S Maison, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. For more information, visit Brunch Bureau’s Instagram page.
