(SPOT.ph) There is no shortage of amazing restaurants in Cebu, but that doesn't mean the Queen City of the South is just going to stop impressing us with get-on-a-plane, travel-worthy bites. Case in point: following the successful launch of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Newport, it seems like Gordon Ramsay isn't quite done with the Philippines yet, and now he's opened two new restaurants in Cebu—Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips (about which you can read more here) and Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay.

Gordon Ramsay may be most famous for his Beef Wellington, but the way Ramsay does burgers isn't anything to sniff at either. His bold takes on this American classic has found its way to The Mactan Newton in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, and the best part: you can get the burgers, wings, and fries to go and have a nice beachside picnic on The Mactan Newtown Beach.

Leading the pack is the classic O.G.R Burger (P670), which is built with the usual suspects: brioche bun, beef patty, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and house pickles. It's a classic for a reason; while there's nothing new about the ingredients, each element of this burger is so carefully prepared—buns perfectly toasted, patty medium rare and juicy, cheese melted, and vegetables fresh—that each bite just makes you excited for the next one.

For those who prefer a bit more spice, the fiery Hell's Kitchen Burger (P750) might be right up your alley. Made with beef patty, jalapeno salsa, smoked sriracha sauce, white cheddar cheese, house pickles, and the signature Hell's Kitchen relish. You also can't go wrong with the G.F.C (Gordon's Fried Chicken) Burger (P398): here, the star is Gordon's fried chicken—crunchy, juicy, and has a just-right kick of spicy heat—served on a bed of hash brown, iceberg lettuce, and G.F.C sauce. It's the perfect filling snack you need after a day at the beach: meaty, flavorful, and just on that side of spicy.

Last but definitely not the least, there's the Philippine-exclusive Lechon Burger (P520). It's made with locally sourced lechon (charcoal-spit-roasted pork), smashed beef patty, house pickles, and jalapeno slices. The best part: in every bite, you'll also get impeccably crispy lechon skin—a small but unmissable detail that tells you Ramsay's team really did their research on how we Filipinos like our lechon. And though it's served and sourced in Cebu, the Lechon Burger also pays homage to the Luzon-style lechon through the smoky barbecue sauce on the chunky lechon: it's sweet, savory, and has just a hint of liver that's reminiscent of Luzon's lechon sauce.

You can also go for their wings, fries, and dessert
If you're still looking for a little something something to round up your meal, there's the Hotter Than Hell Spicy Wings (starts at P498 for 8 pieces) to consider. Aside from the wings being crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it's completely up to you how spicy you like your wings: from the aptly-named Umami, to Sweet Chili Kimchi and Hotter Than Hell. You can also have them with dips; to name a few, you can try: sriracha mayo, guacamoli, and sweet chili kimchi.
And of course, what's a burger without fries? While the burgers come with Koffmann's Fries, you can make it a potato party if you order the G.F.C Dirty Fries (P398), which is topped with G.F.C chicken, melted mozzarella, salsa, and the signature G.F.C sauce, or the Hotter Than Hell Dirty Fries (P348), which packs a punch with Hell's salsa, red onion, melted mozzarella, and Hotter Than Hell sauce.

If you're a fan of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill's Sticky Toffee Pudding, you're in luck: the Sticky Toffee Pudding Milkshake (P280) is the same thing in milkshake form, and it's a new way to enjoy what's become one of the chef's cult-classic desserts. And speaking of soft serve, here's our public service announcement to ice cream lovers: you can get Bottomless Soft Serve Ice Cream (P148) in vanilla or ube flavors!
