Eugene Domingo, JC Santos + More: Meet the Cast of Ang Babae sa Septic Tank 4

(SPOT.ph) It wasn't too long ago when we first found out that the hit movie-turned-series franchise Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank is making the jump to the stage this June.

Yes, the hit Eugene Domingo-led pop culture fave is getting a live theatrical installment in 2026, courtesy of The Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA). And while it's already a given that Uge will reprise her role, we all know she can’t carry the chaos alone.

As the fourth installment turns its gaze to the stage and exposes the messy, painful, and hilarious-in-hindsight world of mounting a theater production, Eugene Domingo (playing Eugene Domingo) will need backup to deliver the strong punches that this absurdist comedy show needs. Here's a look at who will be joining Uge in Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4: Oh Sh*t! It’s Live Sa Cheter!.

Joining Uge in a feat this Euge—er, huge, is a lineup of actors and actresses playing exaggerated reflections of their actual roles in the industry. Playing the slew of co-stars, the unapologetic thespians caught in the chaos of creative clashes and theatrics are Meann Espinosa, Stella Cañete-Mendoza, Andoy Ranay, and JC Santos.

But what is a theater show without the village of creatives making it happen? The production also stars several more theater personalities portraying the behind-the-scenes folk who run the show. Actor-director and all-around theater multihyphenate Melvin Lee will portray the ever-stressed producer trying to keep the production afloat.

Also stepping into a delightfully meta role is Marlon Rivera, who directed the first three installments of Babae sa Septic Tank in real life. This time, he appears as the director of the play-within-the-play—blurring the lines between fiction and reality even further.

Meanwhile, Palanca Hall of Fame Awardee Joshua Lim So takes on the role of the resident playwright grappling with all the revisions, rewrites, and relentless creative debate to keep his sanity (and script) intact.

While those mentioned above are responsible for the show within the show, Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4: Oh Sh*t! It’s Live Sa Cheter! is written by Chris Martinez, who was also behind the first three Septic Tank installments. It will be directed by PETA's Maribel Legarda, who led PETA’s hit productions Rak of Aegis and One More Chance The Musical, with assistance from up-and-coming director Johnnie Moran. Set and costume design is by Gino Gonzales, with music and sound design by Teresa Barrozo.

Tickets to Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4: Oh Sh*t! It’s Live Sa Cheter! will officially go on sale to the public on March 6 at 10 a.m. through Ticketworld outlets and online at the Ticketworld website. But if you can't wait to secure your tickets to the show, don't worry, there are plenty of ways to get tickets before everyone else does.

Metrobank credit cardholders can get exclusive first dibs on tickets starting from February 27, 10 a.m., until March 3 via Ticketworld. Additionally, there will be another presale from March 4 to 5 for those who signed up for the waitlist last December.

Tickets to the show start at P1,800 and can go up to P3,500.
