36 Philippine Firms Make It to TIME’s Best Asia-Pacific Companies for 2026

(SPOT.ph) Looking for a financially solid company that treats their employees well? You’re in luck—this list will make your search a lot easier. This year, 36 Philippine firms made the cut to TIME’s 2026 Best Companies in Asia-Pacific, including one that broke into the regional top 10.

In collaboration with market research firm Statistica, TIME’s ranking evaluates businesses based on employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency.

Leading the local pack is BPI at 10th place with a total score of 93.83, ranking 11th in employee satisfaction and 29th in sustainability transparency. Other Ayala-linked entities also appear high on the list—Ayala at 35th and Ayala Land at 73rd.

Of the 36 companies on the list, a significant share comes from the banking sector. Aside from BPI, there's Security Bank (88th), RCBC (137th), Union Bank of the Philippines (140th), Philippine National Bank (185th), China Bank (273rd), and Land Bank of the Philippines (375th).

A few household names from the food and beverage space also made it in. Jollibee Foods ranked 152nd—but what's impressive is that it posted one of the strongest employee satisfaction scores on the entire list, placing 6th overall. Universal Robina (246th) and San Miguel (476th) were also included.

As expected, the conglomerate giants are in there, too: SM Investments (101st), Alliance Global (227th), JG Summit Holdings (302nd), and Filinvest Development (306th). Also appearing in the rankings are firms with a lower public profile, including Concepcion Industrial (404th), ACEN (410th), and Apex Mining (479th).
