DNS P2P Bus Brings Back the Katipunan-Makati Route
Do note it's only a gradual return to operations.

(SPOT.ph) After being suspended for over a year, the P2P route linking Katipunan and Makati has finally resumed its operations.
The DNS P2P service confirmed to SPOT.ph that the UP Town Center (UPTC) to One Ayala bus route will resume via a soft launch starting January 5, 2026. This marks a gradual return to operations, with buses running only on weekdays. Do note that there will still be no trips on weekends or holidays for now.
Fares also stay the same, at least for the moment. Regular passengers will continue to pay P100, while discounted riders such as students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) will be charged P80. Any fare increase is still being worked out, according to the operator.
The P2P service was suspended in November 2024 after DNS said the route was operating as a “missionary route”—one that relied on subsidies from its other business units. It had become increasingly difficult to keep running. The announcement came just a day before the service was halted, catching many regular riders off guard.
