  • All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.

    • FlexipayLater

      • First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full. 

  • The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method.

    • BPI will charge an early termination fee of P550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.

    • BPI will charge an early termination fee of P550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.  

  • To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating Merchant.   

  • In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

• The amount of cashback is based on all qualified purchases across all of the Cardholder’s cards, including supplementary cards. The maximum limit is set per Cardholder, regardless of the number of cards a Cardholder has.

• The Supplementary Card’s purchases will earn cashback for the Principal Cardholder if the Principal Card is qualified and has successfully registered for the Promo. The eligibility of the Supplementary Cardholder’s purchases to earn cashback is dependent on the Principal Card’s credit standing.

• To earn cashback, the Cardholder’s Card account/s must be active and without any past due obligation during the Promo Period until the awarding of the cashback. Unpaid and/or delinquent accounts will not be eligible for the Promo.

• Redemption:
