In a split second, your blood pressure spikes as the offender speeds off into the distance, leaving you stewing in pure, helpless outrage.
Even for the most mild-mannered people, it’s hard to stay zen behind the wheel in the metro. But there’s one content creator who embraces that unadulterated commuter rage—and channels it into advocacy. Meet the viral TikToker giving a voice to our righteous fury on the road: JB Suarez.

Who is JB Suarez?
If you’ve been on TikTok lately, you might have already encountered the dashcam teardown of @jb.suarez. In these bite-sized clips, Suarez rips into infamous kamote drivers, or the reckless motorists who drive without care for road rules, fellow drivers, and pedestrians. Loud, exasperated, and impassioned, he often punctuates his rants with a deeply relatable sign-off: “Nakakainis ka eh.”
The man behind the viral videos is actually a licensed civil engineer who does more than rant. It’s not just about shouting into a phone for clout or catharsis—although there must surely be some relief in that, too. Suarez actually breaks down traffic laws, rights-of-way, and even basic road etiquette in a way that is easy to digest. He’ll often even pull out a whiteboard and marker, getting progressively angrier until he’s scribbling furiously to make his point.
Whether he’s calling out infuriating drivers in the recurring “Kamote Cam” series, or laying down fundamental road rules through “The Anti Kamotemmandments,” Suarez’s content is all about angry comedy. In one of his most viral clips, he yells at an opportunistic swerver: “Paano mo naisip na kaya hindi ako nag-go kasi gusto kitang pagbigyan? May utang na loob ba ako sa'yo? Ikaw ba ang nagpalaki sa 'kin? Ikaw ba ang papa ko? Hindi, 'di ba? So huwag mong gawin 'yan!”
No one is safe from Suarez, not even traffic enforcers. To some, it must sound like a parent or a teacher berating them for bad behavior. But for most people, his tirades feel like the voice of the irate commuter finally saying (or shouting) what everyone else is thinking.

It’s this combination of commuter frustration and real education that birthed the Anti-Kamote Gang, his digital community where he is the self-appointed leader. What started as a space to rant about reckless driving has turned into a rallying call for street discipline.
Today, Suarez’s TikTok comment section is an open club of weary motorists. Every day, followers tag him in videos of kamote drivers in the wild, usually overlaying audio from his most viral rants. Some even share dashcam submissions, confessing that they hear Suarez’s voice screaming in their heads, keeping them from committing their typical blunders. And ultimately, that’s a net positive for a road rager: shouting so loudly and so clearly that even the most kamote-brained drivers can’t help but listen to him.
For Suarez, it comes down to basic respect on the road.
“I wish they would simply think about the Golden Rule of Confucianism: don’t do unto others what you don’t want done to yourself,” Suarez tells SPOT.ph. “Common sense and courtesy can really go a long way in daily driving.”
