LOOK: POP MART Opens Second Physical Store in This BGC Mall

(SPOT.ph) It seems like 2026 is the year that all our wishes are coming true. That is, if you've been manifesting more POP MART locations in the metro. Right off the bat, a few weeks from the start of the year, the brand opened its second permanent store in SM Aura, complete with all their beloved characters. The SPOT.ph team got a first look and we're here to show you what to expect.

SPOTTED: POP MART Is Set to Open Another Store in This QC Mall

It was in June last year that we spotted POP MART board-ups in SM Aura and SM Megamall. In August, though, SM Aura had a pop-up-slash-exhibit featuring Space Molly. Then, many collectors wondered which one was going to open first between the two.

And, finally, last December, the answer came: The first-ever permanent POP MART store in the Philippines opened. Now, it's SM Aura's time to shine, and by extension, the avid POP MART collectors down South.

On the second floor of SM Aura stands the newest POP MART location. Albeit smaller than the one in SM Megamall, this outpost is still big and packed with your favorite IPs. The gang is all here: Labubu, Hirono, CRYBABY, Molly, Dimoo, Skullpanda, Dimoo, and Twinkle Twinkle, plus a few more characters like Nyota, Kubo, Hacipupu, and other Disney and Harry Potter blind boxes.

While the first outpost had installations of Hirono and Labubu, it's the ever-mystical Skullpanda that will greet and welcome you inside the SM Aura store. It's a must-visit for Skullpanda collectors. Besides Skullpanda's statue, you can check out (and add to cart) the cool and unique supersized versions of Molly.

The space is bright and open, apt for the vast and spectacular universe that is POP MART. If you already have a bias, it would be easy to locate the blind boxes, plush pendants, and other merchandise of your fave character inside, though it's always fun to go around and chance upon them as you go about. Who knows? Maybe you'll find another character to collect during your exploration. You might be able to spot new and exclusive drops here, too.

We also spotted blind boxes of Evangelion, SpongeBob, Teletubbies, and a whole lot more inside the store. The cutest, micro-sized versions of your fave POP MART characters, a.k.a POP BEAN, are also up for grabs inside. That said, it's almost impossible to get out of here with your wallet unscathed. There's a bag to help you carry your items more easily to the cashier.

Hurrah for yet another spot to get your POP MART fix in the Metro. But that's not all. Currently, there's also a pop-up in SM North Edsa for those living up North, which you have until February 5 to check out. But coming soon is another physical and this time permanent store inside the same mall. As to when it will open, though, just keep an eye out this February.

The POP MART store in SM Aura is located on the second floor, SM Aura Premier, 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. You can also check out POP MART's full range online through their website as well as on their Shopee and Lazada pages.
