Grab Your Pokédex: A Pokémon Center Pop-Up Is Opening in Manila
It's going to be six full months of fun for Pokémon fans!

(SPOT.ph) A Pokémon Center is a vital stop for any trainer's in-game journey. Here, you can revive your Pokémon, manage their storage boxes, and meet fellow trainers. In real life, it's more or less the same; it's a one-stop shop for official Pokémon merchandise. Pokémon trainers here in the Philippines, the time has come. There's going to be one opening soon right here in Manila, albeit in the form of a pop-up.

Yes, a Pokémon Center pop-up is opening in Manila.
There are a lot of Pokémon Centers in Japan, and a few here and there in other parts of the world. The closest ones to us are in Taiwan and Singapore, but those are still a flight away. There's also their website, too. Come October, it won't be out of reach anymore. In time for Pokémon's 30th anniversary, a Pokémon Center pop-up store will be opening on our shores.
IRL Pokémon Centers have the biggest selection of Pokémon merchandise, and not just of the popular ones, but of each pocket monster. Think limited-edition products, exclusive collaborations, clothes, plushies, figures, pins, trading card game (TCG) packs, and so much more in one space.
Here's what we know so far; the pop-up will run from October to January 2027, and it will be located at SM Mall of Asia. There are no plans yet for an actual Pokémon Center, but this is already a huge deal for all trainers here in the Philippines. This is in partnership with SM Supermalls and customers can expect limited-edition Manila merchandise, which is a Pikachu PokéXciting Plush, as well as other Pokémon Center official items, trading cards, plushies, and a whole lot more. There will also be a TCG tutorial sesh and even a gaming experience booth, so keep your eyes peeled.
We don't know the exact location of the pop-up store yet, but we'll keep you posted once more info drops.
