This 2005 Skate Icon From Reebok x Icecream Is Making a Comeback

(SPOT.ph) With a lot of past trends making a comeback every year, you'd think time is really an illusion. In 2026, we're witnessing the big return of analog, and even jellies are clocking back in for the summer. Reebok, in particular, is resurfacing a classic, cult-fave release this month that takes us back a few years. We're talking about the Reebok x Icecream Board Flip pairs.

The Reebok x Icecream iconic Board Flip pairs are making a return.
An aesthetic that has been revived in recent years is the Y2K. Think of the bold, bright colors that you can easily find in Reebok's Icecream Board Flip pairs. There's a whole lot of nostalgia, too, as a 2005 streetwear icon that Reebok made with Pharrell Williams and NIGO's ICECREAM, a sub-label of fashion brand Billionaire Boys Club. It was the pair that laced together high fashion, skatewear, and music in the early 2000s. And we all have to thank the strong interest in the Board Flip at the 2025 ComplexCon, which is an annual festival and convention, for its comeback.
The drop offers something both familiar and fresh; still rooted in the original chunky shoe made to skate, featuring leather uppers with the T-toe overlay, perforated paneling, and the classic Icecream branding.
There's the signature Watermelon colorway (one out of three confection-inspired colorways from the OG lineup), with its bright green base and bold pink and white details, in the release. Alongside it is an all-new Pink Lemonade, with a red, pink, and yellow palette in the loudest and most vibrant hues dressing it up. It will also arrive in a custom Icecream box.
"More than a re-release, this marks the continuation of a silhouette that has always existed beyond a single moment," said the Billionaire Boys Club's EU website.
According to Reebok Philippines, it will return this May and will be available soon in the country in limited sizes and at select stores: Reebok SM Megamall and Sports Central SM Mall of Asia. The pairs will also be live on their website.
