Attention, Potterheads: another magical, immersive Harry Potter experience is making its way to the Philippines. Introducing, Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration.

Inspired by the enchanting Yule Ball from the Triwizard Tournament, this grand celebration is finally coming to the country for the first time. The global event invites fans to don their finest Wizarding World formalwear, step onto the dance floor, and experience the magic of a Yule Ball, one of the franchise’s most mesmerizing celebrations in real life.

Ready to live out your Yule Ball fantasy? Here’s everything you can expect when the experience arrives on our shores later this year.

Following its successful runs in Milan, Montreal, Sydney, and Mexico City, the famous Yule Ball Celebration is coming to Manila starting September 3. By then, The Space at Solaire Resort will transform into a whimsical wintertime ballroom reminiscent of the Great Hall, decked in enchanting silver draping and festive Christmas decorations.

The magical party is set to be an interactive and immersive experience, where guests will dance, drink, dine, and shop in the style of the unforgettable Triwizard tradition.

Among the anticipated activities and attractions are dances to music adapted from the original soundtrack, photo opportunities, themed food and drinks, and a Yule Ball Market featuring official merchandise. Meaning, yes, you can finally cop that wand you've been eyeing from the market if you don’t have one yet.

While not required, attendees are encouraged to come in their best formal wizarding attire, as there will also be a fashion parade that will showcase the best dressed during the ball.

In true Triwizard fashion, the event will also host a “Champions Waltz," which true Potterheads will recall as the traditional opening dance of the Yule Ball. This is your chance to recreate that dreamy dance sequence where Viktor Krum dances with Hermione and twirls her on the dance floor, or if you're a Cedric Diggory stan, that moment we all collectively wished we were Cho Chang.

That said, aside from brushing up on your waltz skills, you might also want to work on your other dance moves, as there will be a dance-off as part of the festivities.
