Must-Watch Concerts and Theater Shows This June 2026

(SPOT.ph) Now that we’re well into the middle of the year, the calendar is filling up fast with concerts, musicals, plays, and live performances. With so much happening, it’s easy to lose track of what deserves a spot on your schedule. Don’t worry, Spotters—we’ve rounded up some of the biggest shows to catch this June. Where: Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez

Virgin Labfest XXI: Hubo’t Hubad takes over the Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez for a lineup of “untried, untested, and unstaged” one-act plays. In its 21st year, the festival takes on the theme Hubo’t Hubad, stripping storytelling down to its rawest form, exploring themes of adulthood, vulnerability, and the messy realities of the human experience. Divided into four sets, the festival features 12 “virgin” scripts by both emerging and returning playwrights, ranging from emotionally charged dramas to offbeat absurdist comedies.

Where: REP Eastwood Theater

Man of La Mancha is a Tony Award–winning musical that blends soaring songs with a big, idealistic heart. Set in a grim Spanish dungeon, the story follows author Cervantes, who fends off his fellow prisoners by spinning an epic tale—transforming himself into Don Quixote, a self-styled knight who chooses to see the world not as it is, but as it should be.

Directed by Nelsito Gomez and staged in partnership with the Manila Symphony Orchestra, the production promises a sweeping, theatrical reminder to keep dreaming, no matter how impossible it seems.

Show dates: June 6, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and on June 7 at 2 p.m

The Harry Potter Film Concert Series returns with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in Concert, the franchise's fourth installment. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, we join Harry, Ron, and Hermione in one of the series’ most pivotal chapters—the one where Lord Voldemort returns to power.

In this experience, you will not only catch a showing of the film, but all of these pivotal events play out on a massive 40-foot screen, accompanied by a live orchestral performance of Patrick Doyle's score as played by the 92-piece Filharmonika Orchestra led by none other than Maestro Gerard Salonga himself.

PASIYA offers two original plays that tackle questions of power, choice, and responsibility. The twin bill pairs the return of People v. Dela Cruz—an imagined version of the Philippines’ first jury trial, where six jurors must decide a man’s fate—with the world premiere of Every Male or Female, set during the Philippine women’s suffrage movement of 1935.

In a country experimenting with a new jury system, six jurors are tasked with deciding one man’s fate. But as personal biases, politics, and egos take center stage, the line between justice and self-interest blurs in this sharp, darkly funny satire.

Every Male or Female

Cast: Rain De Jesus, Carla Martinez, Althea Aruta, and Vea Norona

Set during the 1935 constitutional plebiscite, the play follows three Filipinas grappling with the contradictions of fighting for freedom while being denied the right to vote. What begins as a political discussion soon becomes a deeply personal reckoning over power, principle, and choice.

9 Works Theatrical is going back to basics with YEMAYA, a Filipino translation of Yemaya’s Belly by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Quiara Alegría Hudes, best known for writing In the Heights. 

Directed by Ed Lacson Jr. in his much-awaited return to the director’s chair and translated by Eljay Castro Deldoc, the play follows a young boy’s fantastical journey across lands and seas as he searches for where he truly belongs.

Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4—officially called Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 4: Oh Sh*t! It’s Live Sa Cheter!—brings its chaotic, sharp-witted commentary to the stage. It was written by Chris Martinez and will be directed by Maribel Legarda.

Its synopsis reads, "PETA unveils its newest satire, a theatrical adaptation of Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank, as a chaotic, hilarious meta-comedy about ego, art, and the messy reality of making Philippine theater today." So, if you've ever wondered what really goes on behind the curtain of your favorite theater shows and production houses, then this is the show to watch

Ballet Manila stages Paquita, a beloved ballet set in 19th-century Spain filled with romance, adventure, and intrigue. The production marks the world premiere of Lisa Macuja Elizalde’s interpretation of the classic work, which has never before been performed in full in the Philippines. Expect dazzling choreography, technically demanding performances, and all the grandeur that makes Paquita one of ballet’s most enduring crowd-pleasers.

Zild, Blaster, Badjao, and Unique are on a roll and there's just no stopping them. The boys of IV of Spades are still on their Andalucia Tour and their first stop this June is Sta. Rosa. As the tour name suggests, they're set to perform songs like "Nanaman," "Kabisado," "Konsensya," and "Aura" from their latest album, Andalucia. The new hits are certified bangers as expected, but expect some old songs to be performed live, too.

Wouldn't it be great if your fave OPM artists can come together for a night full of performances, chilling out with fellow fans, and an overall good time? That's what you'll get with the MINSAN TAG ULAN show. While it takes places in the Skydome, it's laidback enough to feel like an easygoing gig—just look at the poster, you can tell it will be a good time. Gabba, Over October, bird., Giniling Festival, Lola Amour, and Autotelic are part of this month's lineup and it's surely not to be missed.

If electronic music and festivals are more your thing, there's also a June event up your alley. Dance pop, trap, synth pop, dubstep, and a whole lot more genres in music will be represented by several artists from all over the globe for the &Friends Festival. More than just a two-day ticketed music event, it's also an ecosystem of art, immersive experiences, food, and activations meant to bring people together.

Let's talk headliners. Swedish dance powerhouse Galantis; American DJ, singer, songwriter, and producer Porter Robinson; festival headline regular Subtronics; and Dutch DJ and production duo Yellow Claw are headlining the festival this year.

Also coming or the two-day fair are Monstercat, ARMNHMR, Arcando, WUKONG, KIARA, CHYL, Ian Asher, Siangyoo, Amanda Sze, DJ Cupcakes, Orange Juice Asia, and Smooth Brain Girly, to name a few. Tickets range from P5,800 to P15,000, with Barkada Bundles, Tables, and Cabana access also available for purchase.

The 32nd edition of Fête de la Musique Philippines is taking over this June. With the theme "For the People, By the People," this year's festival celebrates its evolution from a single-stage event to a full-blown takeover that champions culture, community, and connection. There will be several pocket stages across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and as always, the festival remains free and open to everyone, courtesy of Alliance Française de Manille alongside its co-presenters and partners.

Pop-rock band Lola Amour, jazz-rock spoken-word collective Radioactive Sago Project, hip-hop group Morobeats, and the Jewelmer Jazz Band are headlining the main stage, which is set to take over the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati City on June 20.

Looking for new names and fresh tunes to add to your repertoire? The main stage will also be showcasing international acts for the June 20 to 21 weekend. French krautrock trio Meule will also be performing as part of their Asian tour, alongside French-Vietnamese harpist Héloïse La Harpe. Those seeking global flavors can get their fill at the Taste of France French Market, which will line Paseo de Roxas, and feature an authentic selection of French gastronomic specialties, wine, and artisanal goods.

You read that right: Not one, but two IV of Spades shows in one month. The latter half of June will have the boys seeing fans from Cagayan De Oro for yet another night of their hits, both old and new. Much like the other stops in their local tour, it is the band's first time holding a solo concert all by themselves, making it a very special experience both for the boys and the fans.

In case you didn't know, the the boys of F4 from Taiwanese TV drama Meteor Garden went on to form a band long after the show ended in the 2000s. Jerry Yan who played Dao Ming Si, Vic Chou who played Hua Ze Lei, and Vanness Wu who played Mei Zuo are still part of the group and they're treating long-time fans to a world tour. Now renamed to F Forever, three out of four members of the OG heartthrob squad are coming to the Philippines, joined by Mayday vocalist Ashin. We know you never forgot the words to their songs, but now's a good time as any to brush up on the lyrics!

South Korean singer-songwriter and actor Kim Sungkyu still holds the beat even decades after his debut. The Infinite leader and main vocalist's voice was a signature part of the group's sound, and he's still going at it with solo concerts and tours. [LV4: LEAP to VECTOR] is his latest and the Philippines is on the map, much to the joy of his fans during his actor era and especially Filipino Inspirits.
