Promo Mechanics

• To avail of the Accommodation Promo, cardholders must reserve a room by calling Discovery Samal at +63 (084) 308 2998 or by sending an email to reservations@discoverysamal.com.

• All reservations require a 100% credit card deposit at the time of booking.

• To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit or debit card at the participating establishments of Discovery Samal within the Promo Period.

• For the Dining promo, there are no blackout dates. However, certain restaurants may occasionally be reserved for private or exclusive events. In such cases, advance notice will be provided, and the Food & Beverage Coordinator will personally assist to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates, or vouchers.

• Cancellations and Modifications: Hotel policies apply. To avoid full charges, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.

• All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.

• A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.

• The Dining Promo is applicable even to walk-ins / guests who are not checked in.

• The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.

• The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties.

• The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Discovery Samal.

Promo Period
The Promo Period is until March 31, 2026.

The Stay Period is until December 31, 2026.

Promo Mechanics

• Discount is applied on checkout with an eligible Security Bank Mastercard Credit or Debit card.

• The Promo discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering payment details of an eligible Security Bank Mastercard Credit or Debit card.

• This Promo is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Prepaid”, “Pay now”, and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.

• The Promo is only applicable to the reservation of properties made through the Agoda-Mastercard campaign redirect or via the designated URL on web, app and mobile website.

• The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions, and the like).

• The APP promotion eligibility will expire if the cardholders do not finish checkout within 2 hours of campaign redirect.

• The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).

Promo Period

May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 for stays until May 15, 2026.

The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:

Christmas Season 2025 (December 22, 2025-January 5, 2026)

Chinese New Year 2026 (February 17-18, 2026)

Holy Week 2026 (March 30-April 5, 2026)

Promo Mechanics

• To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and pay the full amount online using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card within the Promo Period.

• To avail the Dining/Spa Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant or spa staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at participating restaurants and spa within the Promo Period.

• The Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside/walk-in guest.

• The Dining Promo is applicable for dine-in and take-out orders (except for buffets).

• The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.

• The Dining Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
