(SPOT.ph) This 2025, Uniqlo gave us yet again another must-have piece that went viral, which is the Zip Up Short Jacket. If you haven't gotten one yourself (which we highly doubt), the stylish cropped jacket can keep you warm when it's chilly—and by that we mean in an air-conditioned room—here in the Philippines, or if you're visiting a foreign country during with cooler springs and autumns. It already comes in six versatile colorways that can complement your ensembles, but Uniqlo's adding another one to the list. Yes, this cult-favorite jacket is now available in a cool, denim blue shade.

The new colorway, which is available online and in Uniqlo branches nationwide, brings a fresh, more casual vibe to the already beloved jacket. The entire pieces is decked in denim, save for the collar and cuffs, which are in this light brown corduroy material. The original colorway included navy, offering a darker shade of blue, matched with black corduroy on the collar and cuffs.

The jacket is made of crisp cotton-blend fabric, which allows the silhouette to keep its shape; it also doesn't wrinkle easily, so that's one less thing to iron in the morning. Another thing we absolutely love about this jacket is the pockets—it has two on the sides and another two on the chest, which gives you more places to put your stuff in. The corduroy accent fabric also gives the jacket a more elevated look.

Despite looking heavy, the jacket is lightweight, which makes it ideal for the Philippine weather. The boxy and oversized fit makes it breathable, giving you more room to breathe and move. The jacket is available in black, beige, natural, olive, and navy, all versatile enough to give way to endless styling and layering options.
