On December 29, the Masungi Georeserve is once again turning into the ultimate romantic date-night spot with another round of Moonlit Symphonies, a one-night-only dinner under the stars. It's an intimate evening of music, good food, and quiet reconnection with nature—set against the silhouettes of the mountains and the swell of symphonic sound guided by strings and wind instruments. If you missed out on the first round and have major FOMO, grab your plus one, your bestie, or just go on your own and enjoy nature, music, and good food, all in one night. There are plenty of ways to explore the Masungi Georeserve—whether it’s a shared or private hike through the reserve, a seasonal evening trail, stargazing in the mountains, or an early-morning trek to catch the sun rising over the mountains and clouds. But this time, it's less about adventure and a bit more about reconnecting with nature through music, presence, and shared culture. During Moonlit Symphonies, three of Masungi Georeserve's forest spaces transform into an intimate stage where music and food come together for an experience inspired by the surrounding Rizal-Quezon-Laguna corridor.

This activity isn't your usual trek across the Masungi Georeserve—it's a little bit more relaxed than usual. Imagine an afternoon where, as the daylight fades and the city lights shine, tunes from a string and wind quartet playing contemporary and classical pieces fill the air. You'll be led around the gentle slopes of Masungi Georeserve, where the notes will be your guide. Soon, you'll find yourself in a pine patch where a curated dinner by Soil Bespoke Private Dining awaits.

During the event, they'll serve shared-plate meals composed of four main courses, inspired by cultural cuisines and local ingredients from Rizal, Quezon, and Laguna curated by Soil Bespoke Private Dining. The night ends with you at the last area—a quiet space in the forest, basking in the sounds and energies of the forest.

Not to be confused with Celestial Nights—another Masungi Georeserve offering this December—Moonlit Symphonies takes on a more laid-back pace. While Celestial Nights centers on nighttime exploration, encounters with nocturnal wildlife, and a closer look at the cosmos, Moonlit Symphonies invites guests to slow down—reconnecting with nature through culture and finding a sense of calm amid the mountains.

This run of Moonlit Symphonies is happening on December 29, with the activity starting at 4 p.m., lasting up to 8 p.m. Slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis by filling out an online form. Booking is open only until December 24—or until slots run out. The rate is P4,800 per guest, inclusive of the evening’s meal and performances.
