(SPOT.ph) In the heart of Opus Mall's lifestyle concept store, Spatio, lies a whole floor dedicated to showcasing the excellence of Filipino craftsmen. The second floor is where local brands—over 100 of them—take center stage, featuring a diverse mix of emerging names, cult favorites, and designer labels that carry a range of pieces from apparel and homeware to accessories and footwear. If you’re on the hunt for all things local, Spatio has a diverse collection on their shelves.
Guide to Restaurants and Cafés at Opus Mall in Quezon City
Opus Mall's Spatio has a refreshed look and new local brands inside.
Spatio, which was introduced in September last year as Opus Mall's department store concept, boasts an expansive 7,800-sq.m three-level space that's home to not just local, but also international brands and services (think a barber shop and even a nail-slash-eyelash-slash-hair removal station).
Just recently, it transformed into a "living archive of Filipino craftsmanship," all thanks to the vision of the Fashion Accessory Makers of the Philippines (FAMph) and filmmaker-slash-artist Connie Macatuno. From the sight of local craftsmanship, the sound of nostalgic kundimans and other folk, funk, and ancestral sounds to the taste of Filipino local favorites (which we'll get more to it, later)—Spatio's refreshed look will take you on a multi-sensory shopping experience.
