ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Baron Geisler has been sentenced to 6 months to 2 years imprisonment after the Makati Municipal Trial Court Branch 61 on Monday found him guilty of acts of lasciviousness against the daughter of celebrity couple William Martinez and Yayo Aguila.
According to the report, the court found Geisler guilty of touching the breast of Patrizha Martinez and asking her to have sex with him three years ago. The court's decision included an order to the actor to pay Martinez P30,000 in moral damages.
But Atty. Bonifacio Alentajan, Geisler’s lawyer, said the actor "won’t be arrested immediately as his bail is still in effect." He added that the actor's camp will also file an appeal on the ruling.
