This Pinay makeup artist creates mind-blowing Halloween looks

(SPOT.ph) Manila-based makeup artist Chyla Guerrero has built her portfolio around print advertisements and the pages of magazines. Although self-trained in the area of makeup artistry, she is an Industrial Design graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, which developed her meticulous attention to detail and color techniques. She left designing for prettifying brides and models. During the Halloween season, she skillfully comes up with fab scary looks. Face paint never looked this good.
