Manila International Book Fair Announces 2024 Schedule
Make plans to head to the SMX Convention Center as early as now.
(SPOT.ph) Books can be pricey. As much as we'd love to read and grow our library to our heart's desire, it can be pretty costly to do so. Lucky for us, there are always book sales and book fairs scheduled throughout the year. Case in point, the Manila International Book Fair, just announced that they're coming back this year. Bookworms and book collectors, ready your wallets as the MIBF is happening at the SMX Convention Center from September 11 to 15, 2024.

Here's what we know so far about the Manila International Book Fair 2024:
The Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) is touted as the largest and longest book fair in the Philippines. Yearly, it brings together some of the country's largest bookstores, publishers, and writers to celebrate the love for reading.
Although The Manila International Book Fair has yet to reveal this year's roster of exhibitors and publishing-related events, attendees can rest assured that different publishers and booksellers featuring a variety of genres and authors will be present at the fair. This means you can also score discounts not only for fiction books but also reference materials like textbooks and publishing services.
The first Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) was held in 1980 at what was then known as Philcite (or the Philippine Center for International Trade and Exhibit) within the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex. It was initially called Bookfair Manila, which lasted for a whole month.
