New Coloring Alternative: Scratch Art
Scratch-off cityscapes will be your next addiction.
(SPOT.ph) While adult coloring books have been getting worldwide popularity, there’s a fresh new craft that’s making a scene in South Korea. Scratch Night View is a series that lets you scratch off the surface of designs made by Seoul-based studio, Lago Design. It’s quickly becoming the new hobby of South Koreans, and adults from other parts of Asia.
The procedure would only require one wooden pen, so you need not worry about coloring materials and combinations. You just need a wooden pen that’s already included in the kit, and scratch the gray surfaces with it. Gold outlines will be revealed forming the brightly lit cityscapes of Paris, New York, Seoul, Hamburg, London, Florence, Hong Kong, among others.
Erratum: The first version of this article said that Scratch Night View kits are not yet available locally. This has been corrected.
