Art or science? Two museums settle it once and for all
Discounted tickets are available for a limited time only.
(SPOT.ph) Art and science have always been put head-to-head in the never-ending battle of which discipline is more important. One side argues that math, science, and engineering define progress, while the other side asserts that the arts is the soul of civilization. But the genius Albert Einstein phrased it the best. "All religions, arts, and sciences are branches of the same tree. All these aspirations are directed toward ennobling man’s life, lifting it from the sphere of mere physical existence, and leading the individual towards freedom," he said in his essay Moral Decay.
In this spirit, Ayala Museum and The Mind Museum are offering the Art x Science Pass 2017, which provides all-day access to the two museums for just P600. This can be purchased at the ticket counter of both museums until June 30 but tickets are valid until December 30. Of course, visits to both museums can be done on separate days.
The Ayala Museum is at Makati Avenue corner De La Rosa Street, Greenbelt Park, Makati City. Regular entrance fee is at P425. The Mind Museum is at JY Campos Park, 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City. All-day pass is at P750. Both museums are open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
