PHOTOS: Galerie Joaquin Is Reopening at the New Podium

They're celebrating with a solo exhibition by Allain Hablo.


 

(SPOT.ph) Many shopaholics have looked forward to the opening of the newly renovated Podium in Ortigas. But there’s also good news for the art enthusiasts! New branches of restaurants and well-loved brands aren’t the only ones setting up shop. Galerie Joaquin is set to reopen tomorrow, December 5, on the third floor of The Podium.

 

Galerie Joaquin first opened its doors in 2002 in San Juan. It has since featured the works of local artists including National Artists Arturo Luz, Federico Aguilar Alcuaz, and Abdul Mari Imao. They’re celebrating the reopening of the Podium branch with Sacred Scars, Allain Hablo’s seventh solo exhibition. The abstract works of the Iloilo-based artist will be on exhibit until December 13.
