You Still Have Time: National Art Competition Extends Deadline for Submissions
You could win P60,000!
(SPOT.ph) With quarantine enforced in most places, some of you may have tapped into your inner artist and found a hidden talent in visual arts. If you did, then this is a good time to take out those canvases and join the 2020 Robinsons Land ARTablado Painting Competition. Deadline, which was originally set for March 20, has been extended to June 15.
Robinsons Land ARTablado—the property developer's art campaign—was launched in January in an effort to showcase emerging Filipino talents. The art competition has two categories: representational and non-representational. It is open to all Filipinos aged 18 years old and above, and is limited to works using acrylic or oil on canvas. Participants may submit only one entry per category, but there's no restriction in submitting works for both sections. Entries may be hand-delivered or shipped to Corporate PR Department, Robinsons Land Corporation, 12/F Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha, Garnet and Sapphire Roads, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Winners for each category will get P60,000 in cash, a solo exhibition at Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, an overnight stay at Summit Ridge Tagaytay, and a plaque. Second-prize winners will get P40,000, while third prize winners will receive P20,000—plus other gifts. Up to 22 finalists will be selected, each of whom will be handed P4,000.
